How do I send my patient data to Rapid Response Billing?
We accept all billing in paper format, as well as digitally via Dropbox. Dropbox is an encrypted, HIPAA compliant website that will ensure full patient confidentiality. In the event that doctors feel more comfortable providing paper documentation we will scan it into Dropbox and either return, or shred, the paperwork.
Does Rapid Response Billing handle all steps of the billing process?
RRB will handle all steps of the billing process, outsourcing your billing to us means that you don’t have to worry about any part of the process and we will keep an open line of communication providing stats and info anytime it’s needed. We will take care of processing claims, handling the appeals for denied claims, and EMR.
